Here are her Top 5:
FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
Because these are my favourite foods, if I had to choose only one food for the rest of my life, it would be fruits and vegetables.
Nuts are very important foods for the proper functioning of the mind. I have a lot of mental wear and fatigue in my work and I believe that nuts must always be present in my diet. My favourites are pistachios.
Oats are a superfood and form the basis of our daily breakfast. We eat them hot with oat milk, linseeds, hemp seeds and chia.
At home we are not at all carnivorous, not in the slightest. Our sources of protein are fish, eggs and pulses.
We adore all those dishes you can eat with a spoon, especially lentils and chickpeas, and try to cook them with plenty of spices such as cinnamon, curry, turmeric and cumin.
